Breastfeeding is best for babies... 
This blog is very informative and has helped me a lot during the time that I was in my first 2 months of breastfeeding. I was amazed to learn that Senator Pia Cayetano experienced the same thing most mothers do (e.g. sleepless nights). I hope there will be more informative topics that could be shared to new mothers. Hi, i am a mom of twin boys who were born with low birth weight. with the effort and determination to provide the best nutrition for my children, i brestfed them up to more than a year. they haven’t had serious health problem considering their being under weight from birth. They are 15 years old now, athletic, rarely catch even the slightest of colds,active, with above average I.Q.s, and excellent E.Q.s…i am a company nurse of a call center in Baguio City and I am among the major proponents of the Expanded Breastfeeding Act in our workplace.:)
