breastfeeding seminars for August 2007
Senator Pia Cayetano believes in the power of information and education to empower women to make informed choices, in all aspects of their lives, including breastfeeding. (for purposes of the blog, i will limit the discussion only to breastfeeding)
As such, she sponsors year-round breastfeeding seminars all over the country. so far, around 50 seminars have already been conducted in areas such as Cebu, in the Visayas; 
Misamis Oriental, in Mindanao; Baguio, La Union, Vigan, Pampanga, Batangas, Laguna and Cavite in Luzon; and several barangays in Metro Manila.
In celebration of August as breastfeeding month, more breastfeeding seminars are scheduled, in the following areas:
august 6 - Pateros Elementary School, Gabaldon Hall, Pateros
august 10 – Cebu City Health Department, General Maxilo Ext., Cebu City
august 10 – Vicente Sotto Hospital, near Fuente Osmeña Oval, B. Rodrigues St., Cebu City
august 11 – Lapu-Lapu Session Hall, Manuel L. Quezon Hi-way, Lapu-Lapu City
august 11 – Holiday Gym & Spa, M. Cuenco Ave., Banilad, Cebu City
august 14 – District 1, Quezon City
august 13-17* – Sto. Tomas, Batangas

august 20-24* – Bgy. Anabu II, Imus, Cavite
